Can I wear it all day?
Yes. The soft, breathable and lightweight material is designed for extended wear. However, comfort can differ from person to person, so we recommend gradually increasing your wearing time when using it for the first time.
Will the sleeve stay in place while I move?
The sleeve includes an anti-slip grip designed to help keep the sleeve securely in position during everyday movement and exercise. Choosing the correct size is important for achieving the best fit.
How tight should the knee sleeve feel?
The sleeve should feel snug and supportive without causing pain, numbness or restricting circulation. If it feels uncomfortable or leaves excessive pressure marks, we recommend trying a larger size.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the circumference of your thigh at the location shown in our sizing guide and compare your measurement with the size chart. Do not choose a size based only on your usual clothing size.
When you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit or the smaller size for firmer compression.
Can I wear the sleeve under my clothing?
Yes. Its slim and lightweight design makes it suitable for wearing under most trousers, jeans and workout clothing without the bulky appearance of a traditional knee brace.

How do I put the knee sleeve on correctly?
Pull the sleeve over your foot and slowly move it upward until the centre of the sleeve is positioned over your kneecap. Smooth out any folds and make sure the anti-slip section sits securely against your thigh.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash the sleeve in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Allow it to air dry completely. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry, as high temperatures may damage the compression fabric and anti-slip grip.
