• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. Which means  that returns are guaranteed for the purchase price of the item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Make sure all return packages are sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
