WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We strive for fast delivery of our products. Orders are delivered within 4-10 business days, and we try to process orders the same day they are placed. Most items are shipped directly from our suppliers. It’s also important to know that we work with a wide variety of products, so feel free to contact us if there’s an issue, and we will try to assist you as best as we can.

I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a local USPS (United States Postal Service) office or delivery center for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the carrier, which will include the pickup location. After these 7 days, if the package has not been picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
